Yesterday i re-began my emergence into the gym to get in better shape and health. I will be tracking my progress through my blog, not to bore you but to have a level of accountability that i am sticking to my plan! haha
Yesterday i weighed in at 214lbs.. rode the bike for 20 min, lifted weights (upper body), and worked the ole abs.. the goal is to be right around 195lbs and in prep for a 5k, if not a 1/2 marathon by the fall time.
the major obstacle i will have to over come is the fact that after tomorrow, i will have a harder time getting open equipment at the gym due to new years resolutions.
