With just under two days until our Christmas process begins at Birmingham Campus. It is hard to believe that in a week we will see over 2000 people walking through the doors of the high school either for the first time or much like they have every week.
The team that will make these services happen is phenomenal, yet looking ahead at the daunting task can tend to feel very overwhelmed. It is fun for me to spend the time that i spend with them. Helping each team to succeed and feel confident in what they are creating.
It is funny that in a place where a technical director could be pushy, bossy, and a jerk to obtain a killer product, i get to be a part of a team who really leads by serving their team. Much like someone who is celebrated during this time, he didn’t come to rule with an iron fist, but to love and serve.. the more we can be like Him, i guess the more we will represent Him!
